Job scopes

  • Own delivery governance for your workstream plan, schedule, milestones, resourcing, budget and forecast inputs reporting.
  • Partner with Business, Ops, Risk/Compliance and Technology stakeholders to shape scope, outcomes, benefits and success measures.
  • Analyse and document requirements (epics/features/user stories), business rules, process flows (as-is/to-be) and acceptance criteria.
  • Facilitate workshops (discovery, process mapping, prioritisation, RAID/decisioning) and ensure clear traceability from requirements to testing and deployment.
  • Support solution shaping with architects/engineers, ensuring requirements are feasible, testable and aligned to target-state architecture.
  • Manage backlog quality: prioritisation support, dependency mapping, change control and requirements sign-off.
  • Drive delivery cadence: stand-ups, checkpoints, and programme governance routines.
  • Manage RAID proactively: identify risks and issues early, drive mitigations, and escalate with clear options and recommendation
  • Act as the main point of contact for system interfaces and integrations within scope (upstream/downstream dependencies).
  • Coordinate integration testing strategy and execution (SIT/E2E), defect triage, and readiness sign-offs with all interface owners.
  • Manage interface change impacts (versioning, backward compatibility), ensuring communications and cutovers are coordinated across teams.
  • Work with Tech PMO, Product Owners, Engineering leads, Architects, QA/Test leads, Release/Environment teams, Business SMEs, Operations, Change/Training, Service Management, Risk, Compliance, Cybersecurity/InfoSec, Data/Privacy (as required), Third parties/vendors

Job requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field
  • Proven experience delivering technology change as a Business Analyst and/or Project Manager within complex, multi-team programmes.
  • Good integration/interface coordination experience
  • Excellent governance discipline: planning, dependency management, RAID, stakeholder management and clear reporting.
  • Requirements engineering skills: workshop facilitation, story writing, process mapping, traceability, and UAT/SIT support.
  • Comfortable operating in Agile, Waterfall or hybrid delivery models.
  • Excellent written communication—able to create crisp packs, minutes, decisions and action logs.
  • Financial services/banking delivery experience (regulated environment, auditability, operational resilience mindset).
  • Familiarity with service transition, production readiness, incident/problem management concepts.
  • Experience working with distributed teams across regions/time zones.
  • Familiar with tools like Jira/Confluence (or equivalent), MS Project/Smartsheet, Excel/PowerPoint
